55+ Communities

Communities built
for your best chapter

South Florida is home to some of the most desirable 55+ communities in the country — with over 1.5 million residents in Palm Beach County alone and a median home price around $626,000. From active lifestyle centers with golf and tennis to quiet, maintenance-free enclaves, there's a community that fits your vision of retirement living.

What Matters

How do you choose the right community?

Not all 55+ communities are created equal. The right fit depends on your lifestyle priorities, budget, social preferences, and how much maintenance you want to take on. Some communities are gated and highly structured; others offer a more relaxed, open feel.

When evaluating communities, I encourage my clients to consider: What does a typical Tuesday look like here? Is there an active social calendar, or is it quieter? Are the amenities aligned with how you actually spend your time? Is the HOA structure transparent and well-managed?
