My Story
For over 25 years, I've helped families navigate every kind of real estate transaction — first-time purchases, investment properties, luxury sales, and everything in between. But nothing prepared me for the moment I had to downsize my own life.
When my family relocated from Ohio to South Florida, we faced the same questions that so many empty nesters ask themselves: How do you let go of a home that holds decades of memories? What do you keep, and what do you release? How do you start over in a new place when you're not sure you're ready?
Those questions changed me — not just as a Realtor, but as a person. I realized that the real estate industry wasn't giving people like us the support we deserved. Empty nesters, retirees, and families in transition needed more than someone to list their house. They needed a guide, an advocate, and someone who truly understood the emotional weight of what they were doing.
